This is why 86 DEFEAT™ exists.
I was once a fifteen-year-old fry cook, then a chef, and now a restaurant manager.
Twenty years in restaurants have shown me, time and time again, that the people making it happen in the background are the ones holding the whole thing together.
The cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, and servers make service possible. Their skilled work rarely gets the recognition and respect it rightly deserves. 86 DEFEAT™ exists to recognize the often unseen labor behind service.
